Shipping & Discretion
At Passion & Pleasure, we believe it's important that you can place your order with peace of mind. That's why we pay a lot of attention to both fast and careful shipping and complete discretion throughout the entire ordering process.
Discrete packaging
We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are therefore shipped in neutral, inconspicuous packaging without a visible logo, product names or references to the contents or our webshop. This way, only you know what you have ordered.
The shipping label only states your shipping address and a neutral sender name. No descriptions of articles are mentioned on the outside of the packaging.
Fast shipping
Orders are processed as quickly as possible (3 to 9 days). As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a confirmation with shipping information. If applicable, you can track your package with a Track & Trace link so that you always know where the package is located.
No shipping surcharges
We do not charge extra surcharges for discretion or processing. Our shipping method is standard part of our service without extra costs for you.
Privacy during the ordering process
Your privacy does not stop at shipping. Products are also processed discreetly internally and your data is stored securely in accordance with legal privacy guidelines and our extensive Privacy Policy.
Home delivery or pick-up point
You can choose from:

Pick-up points offer extra flexibility and anonymity for customers who prefer not to have their package delivered at home.
